What is the TMS Student Recognition Program?

Trexler Middle School has a population of very talented students. It is our effort to recognize that talent through several key programs.   The following information describes our student recognition efforts.

Throughout the school year students are able to earn stamps through our PBIS (Positive Behavior Incentive System) program.  These earned stamps can be used to purchase items on PBIS redemption days and for PBIS drawings.  Students are also able to earn involvement in special PBIS reward days that are planned throughout the school year.

At the end of each grading period, student averages are evaluated and the quarterly honor roll and principal’s lists are developed. Students with a “B” average or better are eligible for the honor roll. If a student has an all “A” average, he or she is recognized on the Principal’s List.

At the end of each school year, the Trexler Middle School faculty recognizes academic honors and student involvement in various organizations and events throughout the school year.
